Profile:

Named after a delicious crumb cake being one of Poland’s confectionary specialties, Bajaderka – a perfectly conformed dazzling young show horse with a slew of accomplishments to her name – is indeed an exceptionally tasty bite and a real treat among the 2011 Pride of Poland collection.
Despite her young age Bajaderka already boasts a multitude of recognitions from various events and keeps on progressing. Beside her two Reserve Champion titles from the Autumn Show in Janów Podlaski and Arabian Impressions in Sickendorf, Bajaderka has twice won her class at the most significant show for juniors in Poland – the Spring Show in Białka, proving superior to such stars as Junior Spring Show Top Five ESPINILLA & Wels International Reserve Junior Champion PADOVA, and regularly placed in class’ Top Fives at the Polish Nationals (thrice) and the All Nations Cup in Aachen, easily exceeding the 90 or 40 point mark, which separates the mere contenders from the true winners.
Most importantly Bajaderka exhibits an exemplary conformation. This has been consistently reflected in high marks not only for overall type, head & neck and movement, but also her body & topline – on most occasions marks for this trait were the highest in her class, even surpassing those of the class’ winners’.
Bajaderka is the greatest achiever of the rare damline of Adjuze, tracing directly to the Babolna-bred broodmare BRYŁA, rescued by the Poles at the end of World War II. Other notable members from this only strain of Adjuze in Polish breeding include the prolific and important Kurozwęki broodmatrons BRAMINKA & BRANDY, chief sire BROKAT (whose get include US Top Ten Mare EKSEDRA) & Bełżyce Reserve Junior Champion BURIAT.
This charming mare is also the best daughter of her sire ZŁOCIEŃ, a Polish National Junior Champion & Reserve Champion, as well as Polish National Top Five Champion Stallion. A son of international champion LAHEEB and Polish National Reserve Junior Champion ZALETA, ZŁOCIEŃ is a stellar example of the successful outcross of his Straight Egyptian sire with Polish damlines, in this case Michałów’s “Z” family of greats, whose posterchild is the unmatched ZAGROBLA.
Consistently proving her worth as the perfect show horse, Bajaderka is sure to not only add further titles to her illustrious career, but also to bestow her winning qualities onto her future produce.
