The doors of the Janów Podlaski Sale have for decades been open only to the finest, carefully selected mares and stallions. Having earned the privilege to grace the auction stage at the age of two, the EKSTERN-sired Gataka is every owner’s and breeder’s dream, as an already accomplished youngster with plenty of potential for the future, both show and barn-wise.

Drawing attention wherever she appears with her deep chocolate coat color, Gataka has already made a name for herself during her first show season. Her debut performance at the Junior Spring Show in Białka brought a class win and high score of 42,33 points, where she shamelessly proved superior to such fames as Wrocław Arabian Horse Weekend Champion, Autumn Show Champion/Best in Show & Abu Dhabi International Bronze Medalist EGEMA, Arabian Horse Weekend Reserve Champion EMANDILLA & Polish National Bronze Medalist DAMA PIK. Gataka’s second showing, this time at the Polska Arabia Horse Festival, resulted in the title of Junior Champion, where she left multi champion EL PIATZOLLA no illusions as to who’s the better filly. After that Gataka rounded up her yearling show career with class Top Five spots at the Wrocław Arabian Horse Weekend Show, the Polish Nationals and the Prague InterCup in the Czech Republic.

Gataka’s show appeal comes courtesy of her multitalented “G” family of successful show and race horses. Not searching far, those “bold & beautiful” equines can be found right in Gataka’s own backyard, as her dam GWARKA has also produced race winners GWIDON, GÓRA, GREKA & GUSTAW, numerous show finalists GENERAŁ, GWIDON, GOOD BOY, Junior Spring Show Top Five Stallion GERARD & St. Petersburg Junior Champion Mare GARUNA. Furthermore several of Gataka’s closest relatives have also represented their esteemed family on the Pride of Poland arena in the past years, gaining huge interest from the international clientele: GARUNA in 2008 (Gataka’s sister, sold to the UK), GADNES in 2010 (out of GWARKA’s sister, sold to France) & GAFAL in 2005 (GWARKA’s brother, sold to Azerbaijan).

Furthermore Gataka carries within her a double dose of the highly desirable MONOGRAMM blood, which has proved such a success with Polish damlines, through both sire and dam as close as the second generation in her pedigree.
