Profile:
Janów Podlaski ups the ante of the 2012 Pride of Poland with one of their finest daughters of GAZAL AL SHAQAB, offering the unique opportunity to acquire greatness with the highly decorated Etnologia.
Etnologia has dominated the competition and wowed judges and spectators alike on numerous occasions at the Junior Spring Show in Białka, the Polish Nationals, the Autumn Show at Janów Podlaski and abroad at the International Show in Wels, the All Nations Cup in Aachen, the European Championships and the World Championships at the Salon du Cheval in Paris. Her list of successes is even more impressive when you consider the fact that Etnologia comes from one of two crops of GAZAL AL SHAQAB born in Poland and therefore her direct competition consisted of the biggest names in Polish breeding of the last decade. The pinnacle achievement of Etnologia’s junior career was without a doubt the Champion Mare & Best in Show title from Białka, where she collected a whopping score of 94,33 points (outdoing PIANISSIMA’s champion score of 92 from the previous year) and proved superior to GAZAL’s most outstanding get - EMANDORIA (who had to settle for the title of Reserve), PINGA, WILDA, PISTORIA, NORMA, BELGICA, WKRA & PEROLIA.
After completing her racing training she returned to the arena as a senior, where she continued to be recognized with solid “20s” and scores over 90 (as during the Polish Nationals in 2010, accumulating as much as six of the top marks and a total of 94) and added the titles of Polish National Senior Top Five, Wels International Senior Top Five, All Nations Cup Senior Top Five, World Senior Top Ten & a Bronze Medal from the European Championships to her champion roster. Seeing as Etnologia is in the prime of her life and her career is far from over, this list is sure to grow.
Etnologia’s dam ETALANTA has also produced the good-looking ENTIMA & ETYKA, class Top Five honorees from the Junior Spring Show and Polish Nationals and both strong-sellers of previous Pride of Poland auctions. These accomplished lovelies take root from one of Director Krzyształowicz’s favorite charges, the legendary broodmatron ETNA, who contributed to the breed with four champion chief sires ETAN, ETIW, ETERNIT & ETAP and superbly producing daughters, the legendary WAHO Trophy recipient ETRURIA and EQUITANA.
