Profile:

A wonderfully designed Arabian specimen, Ananda represents the marriage of the pinnacle achievements of Janów Podlaski and Białka studs.
By all means a true daughter of PESAL, Ananda has taken advantage of the femininity and maternal abundance that her Polish National Junior & Senior Champion, All Nations Cup Reserve Champion and World Top Ten sire likes to bestow upon his female get. These splendid broodmares have gone on to produce several recent show stoppers, such as El Zahraa International Junior Bronze Medalist, Al Khalediah Arabian Horse Championship Junior Champion, Breeders’ & International Championships Europe Junior Champion NOUMEA, Polish Nationals & Junior Spring Show class winner GOLTERIA, Arabian Impressions Reserve Champion & Autumn Show Reserve Champion BAJADERKA & Polish National Champion CELSJUSZ.
Ananda furthermore turns heads as the sister to a previous Pride of Poland star, ANDROMEDA. This Junior Spring Show & Polish National class top five finalist is remembered for her tremendous leg action and exhilarating trot, which earned her “20s” for movement during showings and a staggering price of 270 thousand Euro in 2008. And she was worth every cent - in 2013 ANDROMEDA was honored as Orientalica Senior Bronze Champion Mare for her new owner, Halsdon Arabians Both siblings are out of ANEKSJA, in turn a sister to another past Pride of Poland high-seller, ANDALUZJA. A multiple class top five honoree from the Junior Spring Show, Polish Nationals & Autumn Show in Janów Podlaski, ANDALUZJA was sold in 2011 for a round amount of 100 thousand Euro, having already produced several capable show contenders: Junior Spring Show class top fives AMULET, ANILLA & ANTONIO and most importantly - European Junior Top Five, Autumn Show Senior Reserve Champion, as well as Polish National Junior & Senior Champion ALERT.
Moving up on the distaff side we come to ANEKSJA’s & ANDALUZJA’s dam ANTWERPIA, also an acclaimed show horse as Mooslargue Reserve Champion & Balen Senior Champion. ANTWERPIA remains in fine company as the sibling of twice Polish National Senior Reserve Champion ANGOR, Gieboldehausen Reserve Champion ANGLIA and Junior Spring Show Champion/Best in Show, Polish National Junior Champion & Warsaw Summer Show Senior Reserve Champion ANEGDOTA.
The progenitor of all these “A” achievers, Masters Open Reserve Champion & Polish National Senior Champion ANGOLA, traces back to one of Poland’s cornerstone broodmatrons WILGA, who played an extremely significant role in the restoration of Arabian horse breeding in the post-war era. Her daughters (some of which were born prior to offspring being named with the same letter as their dam) established valuable families starting with “C” (which brought us the iconic chief sire COMET & World Champion KWESTURA), “W” (responsible for US racing great and chief sire WIKING) and the afore mentioned “A” of Ananda.
