Ekspulsja enjoys the status of being a daughter of ELANDRA, one of the remarkable MONOGRAMM broodmares with which Michałów hit the breeding jackpot, alongside luminaries such as ZAGROBLA, KWESTURA, FALLADA, EMMONA, PALMIRA, EKSCELLA & PALESTYNA. For her picture-perfect looks ELANDRA was honored twice with the titles of World Senior Top Ten and later on Scottsdale Senior Champion Mare and US National Senior Reserve Champion Mare. Advertised as the main attraction of the 2005 Pride of Poland Sale, she achieved the auction’s highest price at 290 thousand Euro and her catalogue photograph is considered to this day the most outstanding in the publication’s history.
Before heading overseas, ELANDRA produced three daughters on home soil: the 2013 Pride of Poland offer Ekspulsja, Bairactar Memorial Senior Champion Mare/Best in Show ERABEA and broodmare ECHIDA, who in turn foaled ERMINA - a class winner from the Junior Spring Show in Białka and numerous class top five finalist from Blommeröd, Aachen, Wels, Deauville, Ströhen and the Polish Nationals, as well as the second high-seller of the Pride of Poland auction in 2010.
Through ELANDRA Ekspulsja belongs to the world famous dynasty of Michałów’s “E” champions, which currently consists of 9 generations of show winners. ELANDRA’s dam ERLANDA, Bábolna International Champion Mare/Best in Show & Polish National Senior Reserve Champion Mare, is herself a full sister to the legendary broodmatrons EMANACJA & EMIGRANTKA. Both Polish National & European Champions (including a World & All Nations Cup title for EMANACJA), their influence on Polish breeding is immeasurable. Between the both of them they have contributed to the breed with the following champion individuals: EMIGRANT, EL DORADA, EMILDA, EMBRA, EMMONA, EMIRA, EL SAGHIRA, EMPIRE, ERYKS, EMANOR, EMARC, EMANDA, EMANDORIA, ESPADRILLA, EMPIRYKA, ELLADA, ETENTA & EJRENE, among others.
