Profile:
An outstanding specimen, Poezja embodies the best characteristics of her Janów Podlaski heritage, revisited with a breath of fresh air in the shape of American champion ENZO.
Poezja’s coat color immediately links her to her US National & Scottsdale Champion Stallion sire. Although utilized on only a few mares in Poland by means of frozen semen, ENZO already has several gifted Polish get to his credit, as seen in: Junior Spring Show Top Five, Polish National Junior Champion, Polish National Senior Bronze Medalist, Scandinavian Open Senior Champion & Danish National Reserve Senior Champion ALBANO, Junior Spring Show Champion/Best in Show & Polish National Junior Champion PALABRA, Junior Spring Show Top Five PERESPA, twice Autumn Show Junior Reserve Champion, Polish National Junior Bronze Medalist EL OMARI, Junior Spring Show Top Five ZŁOTY KSIĄŻĘ, Junior Spring Show Reserve Champion, Polish National Junior Champion, European Junior Bronze Medalist, World Junior Top Ten & Wels International Junior Champion EMPIRE, Polish National Junior Bronze Medalist DAMA PIK, Polish National Junior Top Five EMIRZO, Polish National Junior Top Five & Autumn Show Junior Top Five WAGIRA, as well as a group of aspiring champions: class top five finalists BENITA, CERVINIA, WITONIA & Poezja.
Poezja’s top performance was recorded at the Junior Spring Show at Białka upon her debut. With six “19s” for type and movement, Poezja was awarded with 90,33 points, which earned her second place in class among tough competition and drew the attention of Polish breeders to ENZO as a capable chief sire.
But it is not only ENZO that has contributed to Poezja’s good looks and evident show qualities, as these are also the gift of the damline of PIEWICA. The most renown Polish family in the world today, Poezja takes advantage of its double dose through her dam PELOTA, who is linebred to PIEWICA by means of two of the family’s most important branches: PENTODA & PILARKA. Poezja is a direct female descendant of Polish National Junior Champion PEKTYNA and her US National Champion dam PENICYLINA. The highest-selling Polish Arabian in history before losing that title in 2008 to KWESTURA, PENICYLINA is furthermore a sister to several significant broodmares, whose contribution to the breed is immeasurable: PENTOZA - the main pillar that formed the fundaments for Białka Stud, PESTKA - the progenitor of a chief stallion dynasty, out of which as many as eight are active in breeding this very season and PEREŁKA - the ancestor to the uber-successful PSYCHE VICTORIA & PSYCHE KREUZA.
