Program
The official program of the Arabian Horse Days – Poland 2012 begins with the
34th Polish National Arabian Horse Show (the Junior Male classes) at Janów
Podlaski Stud on Friday, August 10th. Earlier that day (August 10th, Friday)
there is NO International Arabian Race Day at the Warsaw Racecourse.
Accommodation in Warsaw
The Polonia Palace Hotel 4* in Warsaw offers special rates to the guests of the
Arabian Horse Days when booked through our Polturf office. Superbly located as
a downtown luxury Warsaw hotel, facing the Palace of Culture and Science,
business districts and shopping areas, the Polonia Palace has been the leading
and most prestigious Grand Hotel in Warsaw since 1913. After the recent 2-year
complete renovation, it blends a fresh revitalized sense of charming history
with state-of-the-art facilities like high speed internet or individually
controllable air conditioning. Please see Reservation Form on the next page for
prices (the price per room includes breakfast, internet access and does not
include VAT). The Hotel booking requires a credit card guarantee. The Hotel will
require a deposit of 80 EURO (cash or credit card) during check-in for
additional services. The Hotel room will be ready at 2:00 pm on day of arrival.
Check-out time is 12:00 am on day of departure. Later check-out is subject to
additional charge. Payment for accommodation at Polonia Palace Hotel is made
directly to the Hotel during check-out. The cancellation policy is 12:00 noon
on day of arrival. If you fail to cancel a one night charge will apply. Please
note: we do not provide transportation from Polonia Palace Hotel to Janów
Podlaski during August 10th-12th. Accommodation at the Hotel during August
10th-12th requires individual transport (about 3 hours drive by car) at an
additional charge (for more information please see “Transportation” below).

Transport from the airport to Polonia Palace Hotel Warsaw
If you are arriving in Warsaw before August 10th, Polonia Palace Hotel offers
transportation from the airport to the Hotel. At a fee of 80 PLN a driver will
meet you at the airport and drive you to Polonia Palace Hotel. The fee will be
added to your room charge, payable directly at the Hotel during check-out. This
transportation comes under the same credit card guarantee as the booking of the
rooms at the Hotel. The cancellation policy is 12:00 noon a day before arrival.
If you fail to cancel, a 100% charge will apply. To reserve transportation from
the airport to the Polonia Palace Hotel please fill out the form and give the

Accommodation near Janów Podlaski
We offer you accommodation at Manor Houses in the area of Janów Podlaski, within
easy reach of the Stud (about 30 min. drive by bus). Please see Reservation Form
on the next page for prices (the price per room includes breakfast and VAT). We
offer free bus transport between these Manor Houses and the Stud on August
10th-12th (for more information please see “Transportation” below). Due to the
small number of rooms we offer accommodation only to guests who order the VIP
cards for the event. Payment for these accommodations is made directly to
Polturf (by credit card or bank transfer – please see next page for more
details). The room will be reserved only upon receiving full payment by Polturf.
The deadline for Manor House reservations is June 30th, 2012. Polturf reserves
the right to book another Manor House category if the desired accommodation
should be fully booked. The cancellation policy is August 1st, 2012. If you fail

Transportation
For guests who reserve the VIP card we offer free bus transport from Warsaw to
Janów Podlaski (on August 10th), a return transport from Janów Podlaski to Warsaw
(on August 12th and 13th), as well as between the Manor Houses booked through our
office and the Stud (on August 10th-12th), as detailed in the timetable below*.

Individual transportation arrangements are available upon request at an
additional charge – please contact our office for more information. The
transport on August 10th from the Airport to Janów Podlaski will depart at
3:00 pm and will drive directly to the Stud for the evening dinner and sale
horses preview at 7:00 pm (it will not drive through the Manor Houses).
VIP card services
The VIP card provides a person with entrance and reserved seats at the Show and
Sale in the VIP sector, both Show and Sale Catalogues, reserved car parking
space (if needed), as well as all services marked (VIP) in the Program of Events
in Janów Podlaski during August 10th-12th. The VIP cards are subject to collection
upon your arrival at the Reception Booth. The payment for the VIP card is made
directly to Polturf (by credit card or bank transfer – please see next page for
more details). The deadline for reserving the VIP card is June 30th, 2012. The
cancellation policy is August 1st. Should you fail to cancel, a 50% charge for
the VIP card will apply. To reserve the VIP card please fill out the form on the
next page. The VIP card does not include the Post Sale Tour which needs to be
booked separately.
Post Sale Tour
After the Sale you may spend more time in Poland getting a closer look at Janów
Podlaski Stud and the other two world famous State Studs: Białka and Michałów,
as scheduled in the program on the front page. Transportation, meals and
accommodation in Zamość (Zamojski Orbis Hotel) on August 13th and in Warsaw
(Polonia Palace Hotel) on August 14th respectively are included. The Polonia
Palace Hotel will require a deposit of 80 EURO (cash or credit card) during
check-in for additional services, with the check-out time at 11:00 am on day of
departure. Later check-out is charged at 50% of the room’s price. The deadline
and cancellation policy for reserving the Post Sale Tour is June 30th. Should
you fail to cancel, a 50% charge will apply. To reserve a place on the Post Sale
Tour please fill out the form on the next page.
Inspection of Sale Horses
Earlier private visits to the Studs or inspection of the Sale horses can be
arranged on request. Please contact Polturf office for more information.
Sale Catalogue
The Sale Catalogue will be available in print in June. Before this time the
complete information about the sale horses will be available on our website
www.prideofpoland.pl. The pictures of
the horses from the Pride of Poland main list will be added after a photo
session in May.
